Cash Back Systems

Well basically i do not have any experience or background on banking, finance or any studies related to money....the reason i right about is just want to share my idea based on my observation might be useful or might be not...

Actually if all of you notice cash back systems is widely used by company promoting products with MLM systems..When you by products from this MLM company you earn points and if you introduce people and become your network team you'll earn a percentage points that you downline earns, and these point is converted to cash and given to you.

Actually Jusco applied the cash back system but differently...you don't get cash but you get vouchers with a certain amount and with these vouchers you can buy products in Jusco.

Few credits cards already applied these cash back system but not widely i think if banking industry do some research on these maybe it might be useful for them to gain more revenue..well they are more wise than me.

The reasons i talk about these is simple actually i have a lot points in my credit cards but there are no items that interest me to changed that points if there exist a mechanism that can changed the points i earn into cash i can used it for others cause maybe i can used these cash to settle my credit card debt...

For me if these cash back systems is implemented widely in the credit cards industry there are no lost to the banks of course you dont give 100% percent back a decent amount of percentage that will give a win win situation...well i just want to share the idea that is passing through my brain..

So what do you think should banks considered these systems ?
