Prunes !!!!!

For years i'm having problem with my digestive system.....well a simple word i'm not the type that easily flush out the thing that i had put in my stomach everyday....so on one fine day my mom told to try eats prunes....so with the brilliant mind i have....without ever consulting with my mum....i blend 5 pieces of prunes with milk well just to make it much more easy to digest......

Well this is what happened when you're so brilliant..you think you knew everything but actually you're not....on that day itself i went to the toilets 4 times....wow its quite a long long time...last time it happened to me...i need to go to clinic on my own at 3 am and requested the doctor to inject me on the butt....as i can't stand the pain on my stomach...fortunately this one is not so serious.....by night it already subside...

Well learn the lesson...so ask my mum and she said you just need to take maximum 3 pieces a day...its just nice...so after that i take 2 pieces of prunes everyday and my digestive system are better now...so anyone that have problems with your digestive system just try having prunes maybe it helps you if not much at least a bit....So next time ask when you don't know and do hear what your parents told...well maybe it might be useful for you in the future......

Oh my! I didn't know prunes can bring you that much harm. Or is it because you blended them with milk??

ur mum said is true.. u can't eat so much prunes in a day.. it's just nice if u just eat 3 prunes in a day.. prunes have its own vitamin & minerals in it.. =)

Just prune juice will help your digestion problem already, to me milk is not good for stomach due to their lactose etc...
