Just got back from work....surf for a while before having a nap....for a month i hadn't working night shift...yesterday was the first experience...well manage to stay awake until 2.00am..man the sleepiness in my head and my eyes..almost shutting while i try to fight the urge of sleeping..able to fight for a while and then KABOOM!!!!! sleep la but not a good one..keep wake up a few times,,it's more a nap than a proper sleeping...
Fortunately my body is not aching,you know la sleep on table la...leaning on the chair..anyways there another 4 days to go in getting the rythms back......well that all for now...need to get a nice nap....
