Nice !!!

I just browse my company mail...and our team the helpdesk team receive email from our new boss Mr.Peter where he advice us to be more alert on issue such customer complain their line down but on our side we monitored the lines are in good conditions,he suggested us to get immediate information to make a prove on our argument with the clients.....

He's such a good and helpful leader not like our network who answer the argument from the customer by blaming the mistakes on us without ever understanding the whole situation....just to ensure the customer was satisfied and his ass not being slapped or spank...yes it true customer always right...but for me what right is right and what wrong is wrong.......

Unfortunately i already lost my interest to stay at company as long as that egoistic,sarcastic and individualistic person still working at that company.....
